“In transformational, strengths-based workplaces, culture is borne of a shift from the old ways of managing people to the right ways of developing them.”
The Millennial Strengths transformation
transform individuals and organizations for the millennial era
Our biggest goal is to transform your organization into a strengths-based organization that can be prepared for the challenges of the future of business, such as the generational shift of technology and decision making to Millennials.
Our prospective engagement would include three or four phases of work, depending on our timeline and the level of depth.
The minimum engagement timeframe is 6 months to ensure we have an opportunity to make a sustainable impact and track the metrics of our engagement. A longer duration would provide an opportunity to have a richer transformation.
The Discovery phase will provide us with a baseline and current state assessment. We need to understand where your business is today to determine how a Strengths-based approach can benefit your business tomorrow.
Activities can include: Interviews (individuals), Workshops, Individual and Team Strengths Assessment (using Clifton StrengthsFinder), Initial Coaching Sessions for select team members
The Design Phase takes are learnings from the Discovery phase to design an approach that will transform your company into a strengths-based organization and ensure that this approach is sustainable and long-lasting.
Activities can include: Interviews (individuals and team), Workshops, Follow-ups for buy-in, Continued coaching (individually and as a team)
The Pilot/Handoff Phase is designed to validate the Transformation Program and give us an opportunity to tweak the Program to tailor it to your organization’s needs.
Activities can include: Implementation Workshops, Ramped up Coaching (regular 1-1’s), Coach the coach (Training your team leads to facilitate strengths discussions), Check-ins and buy-in with key team members
We've spent some time to understand the current state of your business, designing an approach to transforming to your desired state, and piloting this approach to tweak the design and make it even more effective.
Full implementation of an organizational transformation will require a significant investment in coaching, a redesign of talent and development, and a commitment to a Millennial era approach to managing and leading your workforce.
